(1)Description:

Job outsourcing is the extension of products of labor dispatch, which is settled according to the working hours of outsourcing employees. After the proportion of labor dispatch is restricted, enterprises outsource the human resources management of a part of production posts to the third parties to optimize the allocation and management of human resources for enterprises through professional outsourcing companies.
